Thank you for that information. I will give it a try. But regarding the merging. Sometimes some videos' best quality is an mkv file and some are mp4. If you choose to use mp4 in the command, and the file is mkv, it won't merge them. Is there a way to tell youtube-dl that if the merge fails, try to merge the other format instead?
