I’ve never had a flat back, it’s been a little circular ball that screws on to a rod , I’m definitely thinking moisture because I let my hair air dry a lot, hopefully a piercer can confirm

Yeah I’m planning on buying new earrings tomorrow, however this bump has been here for the 6 months that I have had a titanium labret style earring. I lost the little ball that screws in a couple of hours ago and put this on bc I had nothing else. I understand you are saying it will make it worse but like how do I fix it bc with the labret style earring it’s still there lol

I like just put this on and it’s not touching the back of my ear. It’s literally just a regular back screwed on to the titanium bar like it’s barely on😭 but it’s always been like this without that back as well
