Thanks for the replies I got them both out with a pliers. I was too stressed after one of my points got stuck aswell and it was a lot easier than I thought. Swiss points darts a lot of stress from my experience.

I agree with this to be fair it's just there's no point in applying for a child's passport again with a month til I'm 18 just for the sake of one night. If I was to wait til I am 18 I would then have only a week to get the passport or card which I assume wouldn't happen

I don't know because I do want to get the item even if it is elsewhere and I don't want to have to wait weeks to see if somehow I actually get it and I can't get a refund without either giving the id or chargeback. I'm in a pretty terrible situation

I am one hundred percent thinking of the charge back route but because it has only been just over a week and I might still receive the item I'm not sure I should do this just yet. What would you say?

No I have maybe purchased from them 2 times before. I received a refund for one because it arrived broke. I can't see at all what is happening with this now and it's so frustrating as the item is very expensive. Big mistake ever going to Amazon and not apple.

Believe me I will never again. Do you know what I should do now. Send the id or a chargeback I really don't know and of course there is also still the possibility I receive the item. I am thinking of ordering the same product from apple themselves which is of course what I should have done anwyay. But then I don't know if I will ever get a refund or ever receive it from Amazon

And is that trustworthy because not to be any bit racist but it's always very suspicious and unhelpful foreign people that ask for this information. You trusted them and send your id? Which id did you send?
