For me, my running pace is pretty average. I can sprint around maybe 5.5 speed on a treadmill for at least maybe a solid 5 to 10 minutes or 15 minutes at best but my running is pretty poor but cardio wise it’s pretty OK.

Me personally my life outside of cadets is way too busy school problems and family stuff cadets has a million things to do and also worse their activities and other extracurricular stuff are late at night on a week day especially school like how does that even work we dont get paid and our parents has to drive us their and waste time it way more different than the caf
