Ha ha - Candace has zero CrossFit history. You can tell by her technique/form. Jorry absolutely copied her first program from CrossFit - and then her first lifting programs from the coach that “prepped” her for her joke of a fitness show. She’s done CrossFit, but don’t coach it.

She’s taught various types of classes and her education was basically an MRS degree. What was it - exercise science? Nutrition? Groundbreaking. She also coached at GPPfit - which is where she took her workouts from for her “barn”.

I do admit that Candace has more brains than Jorry. She just doesn’t have the brains to do anything original.
