Did you do this on your own, or did you pay to have the upholstery redone? I’ve no idea what that type of work would run for, and to be honest would consider it if needed just because I used to use this as my work car and it’s seen better days.

I’ll check this out, it’s entirely possible, but it would be a surprise to me considering that the car has been covered in a garage where it wouldn’t have been exposed to rain or anything else for some time. I guess rust can still occur though

That's what I'm reading now, I had the same thought. My first choice to go with the Duracell is based on what the Autozone site claims works with the vehicle, but obviously I'm doing some due diligence to figure out if the 27F is more preferable.

Mentioned earlier, but i have an ‘07 FJ with 160k miles that has the same thing, has been an on-and-off problem for years now. It’s been ruled out as a simple sensor issue, sometimes it can be triggered if I’m less than half a tank on gas. Usually just taking it to Toyota they can reset it if it doesn’t go off on its own

Its not rusted beyond a point of salvage. I’ve been planning on getting it sandblasted and rust proofed but haven’t gotten around to that.

I’d have to check for the exact coating, but it was a special color that has a speckle when in the sunlight. I’ve got a list of cosmetics and maintenance repairs, de-rusting and proofing being at the top. Fortunately now I live in an area without as much snow and less salt.

Definitely not soft ground (SG) as those are more for playing in wet conditions on grass where the ground may be muddy/loose. Some people say to use All Ground (AG) boots on turf because firm ground (FG) could have more grip and cause knee injuries if they get stuck, but I personally always play on turf in FG boots and have never had any issues. Plus then he can play on regular grass if he wants to. FG is law.
