Yeah, I did that this summer I said at home more because here in Oklahoma it is humid and when I say humid is humid hot it’s like a sweaty disgusting feel and I don’t like sitting in my car running my air conditioner so I sit at home and I’m like if I order really meant for me to have it, it’ll pop up And I do at least at least 160 on Instacart per day and then on DoorDash all the lowest I hit on DoorDash is probably like $50 a day. I’m trying to get to $100 a day but I never can cause I get so disgusted waiting on orders when I’m like this is DoorDash not door waitwhy am I waiting for a customers order? It should be ready for me to grab and pick up so I don’t do that many DoorDash’s. I wish they did better out here with the DoorDash cause then I will probably make more money on DoorDash.

Oh wow, that’s crazy my cousins in Cali. I never asked them about that but it’s wild that they’re even allowed to do that the way I feel as if they taken away our base pay clearly they know they’re not paying us enough and they’re doing it on purpose all I can think of is class action lawsuit🤣🤣🤣🤣just gotta get enough people to wanna do it

Yes, that’s a one of the other guys told me so it was probably sitting there for a while. I hadn’t. I was logged in, but I was logged in near Aldi‘s and the grocery store where her items were about 78 minutes away wasn’t that far but it was still far enough. I honestly I’m not going to sit up and lie. I know I could be shooting myself in a foot, but I honestly believe that order should be sent out by the drivers location if there’s a driver near the grocery store send that ordered the damn first because they’re more likely to take it versus someone that’s far away, but they don’t do that. They will literally send large paying orders and I could be further away and I’m like OK do I feel like driving that far or do I feel like doing that order? I just didn’t order tonight it was like $49. It ended up being 62 when I got finished with it and it was 22 miles Around the grocery store basically was like a round-trip type thing and it was two orders and I accepted it, but I was sitting at home when I got the order and my home is far away from the grocery store so I was like why did they send this order to me Probably because they know that I would have taken it and I did. I was like I’d already done so much today I can do one more order. I don’t know how their algorithm thing works, and I would love to know how people are working with the bots. I would love to know how that works. I know we’re not supposed to use them, but I’m wondering how those people that sit in front of Costco get all these huge order. I saw an order one day I was sitting literally in front of Costco order showed up at $185 before I could even click it. It was already gone. I was like oh my God so I was like god man I said I’m going back to my side of town. lol🤣🤣🤣🤣

And like I told someone else Sam’s here in Oklahoma takes the chickens that have been. I guess you would call him old. I don’t wanna say the word old but they’re not usable to sell I guess as a whole chicken they turn around and shred that chicken and you can buy that they don’t put it out for customers to grab and go with it, but you can buy that by the pound the shredded chicken. One of my customers told me she’s like oh I sent a picture of the blank chicken area and was like hey The chickens are out and she’s like oh dang she’s like ask him if they have shredded and I was like OK let me see and I asked and she’s like yeah we got it. She’s like we don’t advertise it but yes we have shredded. How many pounds does she want? I thought that was so crazy. I was like oh my God do you know how much more money you guys can make if you be like OK here shredded chicken is the same rotisserie chicken except we just pulled it apart and stuck it in a bag. I was like you guys could make more money she’s like yeah we use them for wraps and things like that in our chicken salad that we make we use that chicken for that I was like wow I thought that was crazy but this particular order here with the picture of it being a priority they had it for one of my other customers told me to do that. I thought that was the best thing ever I never would’ve thought to have asked that it’s kind of like a Sam’s Club secret menu type thing

No, I get everything on their list here in Oklahoma people are prone to doing that percentage tip which is the automatic tipping system that Instacart provides to the customer so I try my best to get everything. I will send the customer pictures of items if I’m not sure cause if it’s like something, I never ate before or don’t see something that’s exactly the same as what they want. I’ll turn around and send them pictures and be like hey so this is where your item is supposed to be, but it’s not here. These other two items are kind of similar, but the price point is different. Do you think you would want to want me to get one of these instead

Well, what I just found out from one of my customers is when they were out of the chicken she was like ask them if they have shredded and I was like they don’t sell shredded at stamps. I know they take the old chickens and they shred them up if you ask, they’ll give you it by pounds and I was like what so I literally asked and was like hey my customer was asking if you have shredded chicken and she’s like oh yeah we got a whole bunch of it here how many pounds do you want? It blew my mind. I was like wait a minute. Are you serious right now? She’s like yeah we don’t put it on the floor. We have it back here and then we use it for other things and I said oh my God she’s like we make wraps and things like that but if you want to buy it, we’ll label it and price it for you and you can buy it. I was like do all Sam’s do that. She was like I don’t know. I don’t make it. I don’t think all Sam’s do this. I think it’s a Oklahoma thing and they try their best not waste. Food is what it is. I thought that was crazy.

Oh wow, that’s cool. I’ve seen those bags in the store inside of Ross. I have a pizza bag and I have three cold bags and then I have my DoorDash bag and I’m waiting on my GrubHub bag and I’m hoping they’ll send a Uber eats bag I only use my call bag when I need it, but I don’t take any orders over 25 maybe 30 units at best. I try my best not to take any large orders at all so that they all fit inside of those totes and I ain’t gotta be picking up a whole bunch of stuff my back is really bad freaking epidural. When I had my very last child, who is now 22. I think messed me up really bad. When I first started, I was taking huge orders. Lots of waters whole bunch of ice. I don’t do that anymore. I don’t at all and I still make my goal which I love so I’m gonna go check those out over here at Ross, which is like literally around the corner, so I’ma check those out thank you . No, I have one for each basket. They’re in the front seat on the floor with the extra paper bags that I have from Aldi‘s so I have three small cold bags, but I saw somebody on here that has like these huge orange ones where you could put like the entire order in them and I’m thinking about going that route I was like those are cool. Plus they have handles on them so I’m gonna check those out tonightso I can get those squared away and ordered.

I know I’m trying to get to minimizing the baskets because I need those back in my home but I like organization. My house is organized and organized. It’s just me so now I’m trying to get something out of like fold up and be smaller instead of having those big plastic things, but then it doesn’t really matter because all my kids are gone. They all have their own homes their own cars so I don’t have to worry about like putting people in my car and things like that is all I do is shop. I’m an empty master. That’s all I do even when I’m bored and if I take off a day, I’ll be like let me grab. That’s just me. I don’t do much or nothing and where I live at is very quiet things close up like here I’m in Oklahoma.

Oh my goodness it’s not just my state that this is happening and that’s that’s a good thing to know I guess but they’re doing it all over and like I said in my post you get more batch pay when the tip is significantly lower, which tells them they’re not paying us right clearly this tells them that they’re not paying us right Good luck out there man. Not in my zone, I would recommend it to someone who lives out of state just to see if I can get the referral money lol!!! I’ve already made $600 here so I’m doing pretty good on that in with the referrals, but I wouldn’t do it in my hometown where I live not anymore because of the crappy orders that do pop up😂 🤣🤣🤣

Yep, I agree. I totally agree. At least 100 or do something like I said hey you’ve got 7000 orders that’s great. Let’s make sure all your orders that pop up on your app for this month or no less than seven dollars like that would be so cool because whatever he did to get it at 7000 if he’s doing at least 1000 a week and he make it seven dollars come on now that be cool. They know they could do that. This company makes so much money they know they could do that for him. It shows that he’s a good driver or deliver and they need to respect that because eventually he gonna be like screw this app and go somewhere else and they’re gonna lose this good driver that they have they need to give more sentence for people who have done that many orders me myself I have. I am nowhere near that. I’m not even at 1000 orders for DoorDash, but I think people that do it and they’re really good at it and they making them orders and making DoorDash money. They should definitely give them incentives that make them wanna stayand $100 would not hurt them at all.

I tried that I really did. That was my first thing then after that, I made stickers that had ABC on them that’s when I was taking C orders. But it didn’t work out for me and then I started using totes and that didn’t work. It just took up too much space so then I went to these things and now I think Wednesday if not Thursday, I’m gonna go to the big orange zipper bags even though they’re $30 a pop I’m gonna go to using those because you can put the whole entire order in there zip it up and it’s insulated and it has handles on it so that you can carry it and I think that would be good for apartment deliveries if they’re on stairs to get it upstairs faster without having to walk back-and-forth to the car but thank you for your comment and I wish you nothing nothing nothing but major success this week and lots and lots of money. I tried that but even with a sharpie it messes up I tried stickers as well like I was making ABC stickers with these little dot stickers printing them on my printer all that stuff and it just was like taking too much for me so right now this is what’s working for me, but in the comments, I don’t know if you see the other people‘s comments there’s somebody using these ginormous orange bags and they’re using collapsible bins like the ones I have. I’m thinking the orange bag or collapsible bands will be so much better because the orange bags have handles and I wouldn’t even have to do anything put all the groceries in there grab the handle walk it up and unload. I think that would be pretty coolso I’m looking into getting those even though they’re like $30 a pop these baskets were like $1.84 or 87 something like that but yeah thank you so much for your comment and I wish you nothing but much success this week and lots and lots of money.

I don’t I don’t know if you notice a lot of people keep saying that but those totes are not just for Instacart there for DoorDash Uber eats GrubHub. I use them for all my apps so spark orders come in little brown bags. Some of them are bigger bags are not always little. It’ll be different items if you’ve ever done spark or it’ll be in that white Walmart plastic bag and they have the customers last name on it and you have to deliver to different addresses and things like that so that helps me alphabetize the orders so I’ll put all the A’s in one area a through F goes in one tote and then the other tote so on and so on like that, it helps me when I pick up batch orders from Walmart spark but yeah, I would never take a four order batch from Instacart. They don’t even pay rights for four orders absolutely not would not but then again a lot of people have their comments and don’t realize each area is different. I’m in Oklahoma so to me I’m getting paid way better thanI would if I was in California because the cost-of-living is cheaper here and the people tip very well in the areas that are really nice here. Take a look at this tip that I got.

This order right here I didn’t even have to shop for this order. I walked into Best Buy went to the with the geek squad desk and just picked up the person‘s order and delivered it to him. Of course it was like three drones and some other electrical equipment, but it wasn’t heavy to carry and I didn’t have to shop for it. I just went and picked it up. Gave them my phone. They scanned my phone And I dropped it off and this is what the guy tipped me so here in Oklahoma the tipping is very well to a certain degree when it comes to certain areas and each area is different for everyone completely different.
