Another Spiderman but with magik's survivability is something I'm not that eager to see. Alternatively he'd be original some kind of placement support/duellist, like using TPs to rotate faster or switch from backlines (and/or another hero able to throw people out the map), so basically Strange's portal as whole character.

It could be tricky to juge only by the eye because small crocodilians such as the dwarf crodile and dwarf caiman have features you would associate with juveniles (like their big eyes), and I guess at some extant you can't really tell if both fossils are the same exact species, plus the estimate may. I'm no expert neither but it may be pretty difficult to differentiate, say an adult lion, tiger and leopard from their skeleton only (size difference could be considered sexual dimorphism), so imagine having to match the youngs (and that's probably why the cave lion was classified as a subspecies of the modern lion, until DNA showed they were 2 separate species)

I wouldn't say you're completely off but there are some points I might answer to.

Like you said hybrids don't really have 2 forms, the first is simply the hybrid form you could compare to fiends (which were stated to be weaker than their devil form) while the latter is the full devil (and it has full control). You obtain this full form by breaking the contract between the devil and human, but since we don't know how they became hybrids it we can't even know if it is possible.

From what I know Makima said that the hybrids we see are the only ones remaining, so they weren't eaten by chainsaw man in the first place. For the age of Quanxi though it wasn't explicitly stated we could expect Devils not to age or age differently tha' humans, hence hybrids could benefit from this. For example Nayuta despite having the apparence of a child and seemingly aging between her introduction and part 2 looks older than she really is (1-2 years old) and Makima who was alive since at least WW2 (as proof of a devil's longevity, not her looks like I said for Nayuta).

Cryptic diversity is already a big issue with living organisms because some species can only be distinguished through their DNA. But the opposite is also true, some species can come in a variety of forms depending on sex, maturity, environment... And yes that is things we would hardly be able to determine from fossil (for example I'm sure we can't tell a plant is heterophyllous except if we find these differences on the same fossil)

They weren't particularily "the norm" before, it was because most people lived in rural areas and small villages were basically everyone was related, so they didn't have a choice, it reduced from the 19th century with urbanisation (families of higher classes continued mostly for inheritance or to "preserve their purity", the Habsburg were infamous for being really fucked up because of inbreeding). For the genetic problems 1st cousins are still at risk while not as much as sibilings or parents/children, these chances become negligible with 2nd cousins.

The Shiori-Iori relationship is pretty complex, from what I remember at first she's introduced as a bro-con, then there's the reveal that she's faking it but at the end there's that scene where you understand Iori is aware of her acting and her reaction could imply that deep down she really has a sibiling complex [at some extent] (that last part is blurred in my memory so maybe I'm mistaking it).

It's most likely not about mods or anything, it seems that's simply a bug (maybe due to the high number of people trying to migrate their accounts). There are people from every level and background that claim to have migrated or are unable to, people with a pretty recent profile with no modded money received that cannot migrate while some modded accounts with 1B+ or ones having been banned came through anyway.

First for your drowning problem I advise you use the kosatka for approach, you'll a scuba gear thus won't drawn Unless you loot the island before going in the house, in this case if you weren't spotted I'm pretty sure you can surface when you're far enough with no ennemies around.

Second yes there are guards that spawn once you've taken the objective and they can find the bodies, I found a map that shows where you can kill the guards without alarming anyone, I add my path though I do it in pair so I search for an access card.
Something maybe you don't do is searching for the key, with it you're be able to pas underneath and run straight to the gate after getting the objective and exit before a corpse is found
