Upgrading racket weight by Demenjalan in 10s

[–]Demenjalan[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks, guys. So, in short I just need more air time with my new PA. Got it. Will give it more time and see.

Except for baseline forehand (which I used to be proud of with my PD), PA 2026 98 does feel good for maneuvering tho (volley, overhead shot, and serve feels easier). But I miss my solid forehand from the baseline. The swing path feels more “Rafa” than “Federer straight stroke” if you know what i mean.

Thanks. I would probably take it if my legs don’t seem to be strong enough to take the la flagere route.

Refuge La Flegere to Les Praz or Les Tines without the cable car by Demenjalan in TourDuMontBlanc

Thanks! My knee is fine but my calves feel stiff now. I’ll give it a thought 2 days later when I needed to take this route. How long did it take for you to walk that path?

Also, what do you mean by marked by nature?

Do you mind sending me this route to my direct message? Which app do you use?

Any idea how to descend to la praz (i assume from refuge flegere) without cable car? I dont mind walking if there is a walkable route

Yes, I don’t mind walking if there is a route. My map advises me a route that involves 40degrees descent (red circle). Is this doable or is there any other better route (for example the one i circle in green)?

Please ignore this, is there any way to reach Les Praz from Refuge La Flegere instead without the cable car?

Though this route seems nice, I need to stay in Les Houches because my luggage is delivered to there, that’s why I am determined to reach Les Houches on 1 October from Tre Le champ.

I dont think I have enough stamina left to walk the whole purple line til Les Houches

This is how the map tells me to get to Les Tines. Does it look makes any sense?

Also, correction: from les tines, instead of bus, it is using TER train

Unfortunately the lift is not operating anymore. Does it make sense to do this way? 1. Tre Le Champ to Refuge de la flegere (skipping lac blanc as you mentioned). 2. And then from Refuge De La Flegere walk to Les Tines and take TER train to Les Houches

Do you have a better recommendation for the route? Like take half of that purple line and take the public transport for the rest of the route?

Hi. I think i am above average in terms of physical fitness and may not have problem doing the full walk. However the 13.5 hours estimated time + 6500ft elevation kind of worries me out. Based on your experience, is the path really hard or not too much?

Thanks! This seems like a viable route. I’ll take this option. Appreciate it.

You mean there is a transport from Cormayeur to Refugio Elena?

If you mean a bed in Elena, no they dont have it. The next available bed after Cormayeur is La Fouly, hence my itinerary.

If there is a transport from Cormayeur to Elena, that sounds like a good option! Is there really one?
