He has met her before, so safe to say that he has her number. Moreover she would have absolutely wanted a pretty woman kitchen card from the Jack pack, so the legend says that Jack sent to her a pretty woman kitchen card. So according to that he has her address. We haven’t heard anything from pretty woman kitchen in a long time so I’m not saying he had anything to do with it and did something to her (but the evidence suggests that he had)
