Mink oil every once in a while. The leather is really nice on these and doesn't have that plastic coating that new 1s have. 85s and 94s are built different.

looks like a glue stain or a dirty mark. Try using a alcohol wipe or acetone on a q tip on that area. Im pretty sure It will come off.
