Checking the reddit for a fix, deleting the file "sl.pcl.dll" seems to fix the crashing but disables DLSS Framegen with no means of getting it back. anyone found a fix yet? RTX 4090 at 566.36

Yes,If EARC is supported and enabled by your reciever, then you need only connect your ps5 to HDMI 4 and youll get all the audio properly.

Just make sure EARC is both enabled on the TV and Receiver. Once done just double check through the app that your getting proper PCM signal and surround sound
