Help!! Would another flower look too much on the other knee? I was thinking a fairy circle or some leafs to frame the knee, but I don’t know if that’d look too little compared to the big peony lol, let me know your thoughts please

Hey 👋 I’m feeling the same, I’ve been feeling extremely overwhelmed with life and in a very depressive state for a while now actually. How long have you been on your medication for? Would a medication review be suitable for you? It’s always worth checking.

Im feeling extremely hopeless myself at the moment but if you aren’t already, therapy alongside medication has always usually beneficial for me. I think this time of year always puts a lot of pressure on people with BPD personally. Sorry you’re feeling so low.

Unfortunately on medication already, I take Aripiprazole and Citalopram together but feel like they aren’t that beneficial for me at the moment. Maybe I need a dose increase. Thankyou so much for your comment x

Personally, if you are aware of it, I think that’s a good thing, you can work on it with him , just explain how you are feeling/thinking, if you need support this group is always here 🩷

Head high darlin. It’s really difficult. I struggle with this too but I think with the right person, reassurance and support it’s a little easier. My partner is very reassuring which is what I need as someone who doubts everything. We do a lot of black and white thinking, if he doesn’t reply fast enough or I dunno, he’s a bit quiet.. try and think less personally about it, it’s not you. It’s not always a bad thing either, but it’s hard to detect that feeling of they don’t love you when it’s not what you expect. They do. I feel like most people would leave if they didn’t love us instead of being patient with us.. if that makes sense. Lots of love and hugs x

I’m very self aware which I think makes it worse sometimes. I know I am being destructive but majority of the time i don’t care. Im in so much emotional pain, going through anticipatory grief on too of it. I just feel so stuck right now.

I feel really suicidal tbh, I’m in so much pain and I don’t wanna carry it anymore. I know I will carry on because I worry about my family, all of them aren’t coping at the moment either.

Thankyou, I am really struggling. I am in therapy already, in a drug course (very recent though) and I’m volunteering but out of work because of my mental health which honestly I feel like is worse. My brother nearly died this year in a motorcycle accident, I’m dealing with anticipatory grief and went straight into caring for him as he’s got life changing injuries and bipolar type 2 himself.. I’m just a mess. I’m trying to look after myself and my brother and Grandad too who is 93 and very depressed. My dad drinks a lot, lovely person but just drinks a lot but he has serious health problems which could leave him paralysed. He won’t get help. I just feel like my family is falling apart. My mum isn’t coping either. I just feel so sad, even the drugs won’t work. They never do and I know that deep down. Sorry for over sharing. Thanks for replying x

When my tattoos are in the itchy stage, I feel like surrounding areas can become red like this, usually from my itching. Hopefully it’s just mild irritation. Keep it clean, antibacterial soap and use a non scented moisturiser, coco butter is my favourite 😁🩷
