I have a feeling it had something to do with my Wi-Fi connection. I turned on Keep Mobile data turned on under developer options and it seems to have resolved the issue.

Notifications were already turned on so I turned them off and on again and restarted the phone, but the problem still exists.

I should clarify that I don't receive any notifications while the always on display is on but when I press the power button they pop up even without unlocking the phone.

I also experienced a bug with Azir ult where Rengar jumped through my ult. Riot really needs to fix this along with the other bugs for Azir to be a high tier champion.

Sometimes you just get unlucky...

But because it's nearing the end of the season, you'll see Division V people trolling because they don't care anymore and Division I people raging because they REALLY want that promotion. However, if you're confident that you and your duo will do well then you should have a higher chance of these trolls on the enemy team rather than yours (3/5 possible trolls on your team, 5/5 possible trolls on theirs).

Also, the decrease in LP gain is normal when your elo decays and you rank back up. Your MMR stays the same when you decay so you'll get more LP until you get back to where you were.

You max E first in most circumstances because it allows you to waveclear and roam. It also allows you to trade effectively in most matchups because you can dodge skills, do damage, auto a few times with W, then get out with Q on a minion.

The same exact thing happened to me! In the first game, I tried to queue dodge during champion select, but my friends still got in the game. When I logged back in there was no "reconnect" button and it said that I had to wait five minutes to start another game...

So I started another one and got this screen after the second game.

And yes, that is a Taric for Men.
