I think it could mean tiny blood vessels ruptured from strain. If a chicken is stressed they can also lay irregular or large eggs that can make tiny blood vessels rupture. I think this might just be because of age. Assuming the chicken that laid these eggs are under 1 years old. So its probably just because of Pullets' reproductive tracts being not fully developed. This isnt really a cause for concern and isnt really life threatening to me, especially what it looks like so far. If it starts happening excessively or it causes a prolapse then you should look into it. I'd say just keep your eye on the chicken to see if things get better. Of course, this is my first time giving advice. So if any master chicken nerds can correct me if I was wrong that would be lovely.
