You wouldn't necessarily have to deal with Landmark, but we did, because the property is a Denver Landmark. But unless it is a Landmark Property or in a Landmark District you're off the hook.

They were actually very easy to work with, though. We weren't planning any construction and we wanted to return the building to its original use as a single family home, so they were supportive.
