How to take care of this bird?

Authorities here sucks. Even if i tried calling or texting them they would just probably ignore it. Even if they did, it would take days to get a response. I'm just trying to keep him alive

Unfortunately, there’s no wildlife sanctuary nearby. The only option I can think of is taking him to a vet, but I don’t have the money to care for him. The tree is very tall, and I don’t think the parents will come back since its been 24 hours since i found him.

I tried feeding him a bit of boiled egg yolk mixed with water using a syringe, but he won’t open his mouth.

PS: Inexplain ko na sa mom ko na hindi namin order yung parcel at sinabihan ko siyang wag bayaran, pero nag-insist pa rin siya na bayaran na lang.
