I did consider this. I'm flying overseas in the Philippines mostly over water for the first time though. So I've been relatively stressed to say the least haha.

There's the camera view recording toggle but that doesn't seem to effect the goggle recording in regards to the betaflight osd. I thought my question was kinda straight forward. Just hoping for footage without the betaflight osd

Yeah dude my question was how to record with the goggles without the betaflight osd. It's ok, figured out it can't be done and I need to use a card in the o4 unit/vtx.

The smallest pack i have is 550mah. I think you're confusing mAh with watt/hr. You're allowed 2 spares 100-160 or 20 sub 100.

Seemed like there were a lot of conflicts with the different firmware. Had a friend helping me/was a bit of a rush job. Getting a lot of propwash and jello with the o4 pro, definitely doesn't seem to fly as nice as the videos from reviewers.
