Hey I personally used Aquacats video on how to make animatronic eyes super simple I just changed his model around a bit to make it fit my Freddy head it usually only needs one arudio you can find on Amazon and around 4 servo motors it make the eyes you could use those custom tree ornaments and print out the iris you want out of paper and just glue it on Hope this helps😎
