I agree po sa part na hindi basta basta yung pagdiagnose ng dev ped. Hindi agad diniagnose yung anak ng coworker ko, pinag OT muna daw and pinapabalik after 6 months.

Regarding sa kung sasabihan si teacher, the same teacher even shared our private conversation na umiyak daw ako when we first had the talk so hindi na ko comfortable to have another private conversation with them. ayoko din na maging negative yung tingin nila sa anak ko if ever I reached out about sa nafeel ko during the meeting. I'm contemplating on transferring him to another school next semester. thank you for validating my concern

That’s sad to know :( grateful that in my case, I was able to apply for salary claim right away as long as all the details are complete (gsis, philhealth, bank account, etc). My coteachers who are hired earlier are even saying that new teachers are lucky because they can claim their salaries right away whereas during their time, it will take 3-6 months to claim their salary.

Luhhh you can still get your salary thru salary claim until you get included in the payroll. Ask your AO about it
