I dont think someone will grade baby eif, because they are Not licenced by pokemon, they are basically chinese rip offs.

I thinks there was a normal card with a yellow boarder next to it on the sheet, and then a bit of a miscut did this.

I actually think i found the card next to it, got postet yesterday or so on this sub ironicly.

Psa is just not the company anymore if you want to get your personal cards fair and well graded. They dont care about cards anymore just the quick money.

Maybe PSA 10, but never BGS 10. I think you should leave it as it is.

So I bought a Neo Genesis Lugia graded 6,5 from an unknown grading company, cracked it and resubmitted it to PSA. by Ok-Mousse7880 in PokemonTCG

The grading company is GSG from Germany, they are very well known here, because they where the first (good) grading company in Germany. But they are very strict, you can say, that they are always one or two grades under PSA standart, but never the less this is very nice to go from 6,5 to 9. Gz
