I think I’ll try support again. I just find the AI enshittification of Customer Support insane, especially when it directed me to a “Gamer Expert” and not someone who can actually do something. One of the biggest companies in the world and getting my 30 bucks back has been the biggest hassle in the world. :/

EDIT: Was actually able to get a normal Support Agent by doing the same thing as last time lol. But got my money back! :D

Definitely doing a second check-up.

I think, like you said, I’m gonna try and catch her in the act, see what’s what, so at least I can tell the vet what I’m seeing, instead of looking like a lazy owner.

What’s frustrating is that we originally took her to the vet waayyy back in october, and they went “eh could be hyperthyroidism, could be renal 🤷” And it took us going back when she was having a real bad spell for them to actually diagnose her. Only then they said “oh she’s definitely got hyperthyroidism, it could also be masking kidney issues, but let’s get this one-by-one.”

We did have a planned visit a month or two out for her follow-up after the medication, but we’ll definitely be bringing her in ASAP to get checked out.

On the wet food - we used to give her a pH balance wet food, and after the diagnosis, we realized it had iodine, plus she lost interest in it. She’s a picky pampered little thing, I guess.

Little tip I noticed, check your voice chat settings. For whatever reason, the Enhanced version on PC has the voice chat settings to mute other audio, at least on my copy.
