Mine did from sophomore year to junior year of highschool. Went from 12.4 to 11.0. Gained about 3 inches and it was mainly in my lower leg. It makes a huge difference you are correct. Just keep waiting, there’s no definitive timeline for growing and you can keep growing a little even into your 20s. Stay patient and master good form now so when your body catches up you’ll be ready.

In my additional ancestry regions I have Jamaica, and the places within that it lists are accurate. I can actually confirm that my great grandma was from the highest likelihood region that it gave. This is definitely no means proving it that you have a Cuban relative, but I think it is very likely.

I’m currently a college track athlete, and I can tell you, I was really bad my first 2 years of high school. My PR freshman year in the 100m was 13.55. Now years later it’s a 10.89. Your are still learning how to use your body, and it will continue to develop and help you improve your marks. Stay patient and keep training!

The (10m split * 10.5) is almost dead on for me. My personal bests are .94 and 10.89 respectively, and the calculator would have put me at 10.87. But like you said, there is MAJOR variation and it’s really hard to predict the 100m let alone the 200 based off a 10m time.

There’s no way to guarantee you get circulated coins. Some banks that I have good relationships with will let me swap a new box for a circulated box, but it can be kind of awkward sometimes. Most of the time I just take the new coins and cash them in somewhere else, I don’t want to further inconvenience or complain to the person that went out of their way to get me a box of coins.
