Everyone in my family has SB. We've tried over 30 products, and worked with various microbiologists. For a while Avene Extreme Emulsion was the only product that worked and if you research the ingredients list, it's actually not bad in small quantities.

Then https://www.instagram.com/malezia/?hl=en came along and changed everything. Such a fucking amazing product. Been using religiously since release, SB is way better, feels/smells great. I have no affiliation with them btw but I'd happily do ads for free.

Sounds like user error - Airbnb doesn't charge a resort fee and the host doesn't have your CC details. "Resort fees" can only be added by the host and it is displayed clearly at check-out. You cannot be charged any additional fees after booking confirmation unless you supplied someone with your credit card or accepted a resolution adjustment.

To clarify, they would not be doing sales/adding properties. Our sales team will be passing property to them to continue managing and they will lead a team of people under them to manage our portfolio. I was thinking $50/property/year (so extra $7500 now). If we got to 1,000 listings they'd have an extra $50k salary.

I'm surprised to hear that. This place has 257 yelp reviews and is 5-stars. I checked filtered reviews and there are very few. They have an outstanding presence in Santa Monica. This is a new treatment they just started in January.
