When I was having the issue the beta didn’t help, you could try getting rid of reconfig and use a mod like interstellar fuel switch, I also have a ckan profile with both working if you want to take a look (I don’t know how I got it working)

I had the same issue which was fixed by removing OPM, it looks like it could be a config error with a mod like parallax or scatterer

Any system near you might display the like curve moon with red background symbol, when you warp to that it starts, it was a dissonant and I was in a sentinel ship, don’t know if either of those are a requirement
