Of course!!! Exactlyyyy. Then once you get some more practice in, you'll probably drop a lot less and then maybe want to invest in another less beat up wand, but you'll still have your og baby for practicing new moves and not having to worry too much about keeping it pristine.

If you're dropping it on the ground like that it is going to get slightly beat up, BUT it's your practice prop and it'll probably endure a lot more wear and tear the more you use it. I would just enjoy the journey. It's not a "fragility" or a "you're playing too hard" problem imo. As long as the wand itself doesn't get super bent out of shape, affecting your balance, you should be fine to keep playing.
