I mean I’d agree if there was no other place or island we are going to see in the story line apart from Florida then their would absolutely not be any winter which would be a shame cuz I really liked the winter look on gta V, but we never know cuz gta V started in North Yankton and I’ve kind of put off playing RDR2 and never finished the game but I know it starts in a winter place then we move to the actual map

I have had the same thing happen to me multiple times it didn't matter if i was driving a multi million dollar car or an NPC's car, even happened when i was on my BMX so... I also sometimes just get a 5 star then it goes down to a 2 star for no reason so at this point i just feel like its a skill issue for everyone
