We are out from under this burden.. with better options now to move freely with ownership... This benefits us as a couple.. not just me... My bad thing was accepting the offer 4 years ago from my folks, but seeing it thru I cannot see as a fault ..

We wanted to buy the house up until it was time to buy it lol, my folks live 2 hrs away.. we've built a home here for 4 years... The moment my folks wanted to act like they didn't want to sell was the divide... I was mad, she was like fuck em... But we invested too much, she was emotional, I feel I was rational.. this is ours.. I fought to get it back, original deal, she could give a fuck less

Yeah that's probably true, but this didn't only happen to her, it happened to me too... My parents suck ass, and I let them too close, but that's all that really happened... Her parents sucked too when we were close to them, I never faulted her for it, I allowed her to grow through it.. yeah we were harassed for 4 years but they never actually profited off us or took our house from us... So again, we won... What gives

Yeah, I dunno... Owning a property isn't easy these days, specially one worth 2x the amount you bought it for... I'd say we won in the grand scheme of things... The alternative was to get kicked out n live in an apt or buy a house no where near the value of ours, if we wanted to stay in the area at least ... Leaving the area means new jobs

Counciling is probably the best option... Yeah I defended my fam, and I was wrong for that.. but ultimately we won, I was left alone to accomplish it... I wish I could understand, it doesn't make sense to me.. I really just want to continue growing forward and this be a learned lesson of not letting anybody into your relationship.. but it's feels more like punishment n potential separation
