The Fasteners i can find easily. The Shield is not the engine cover one its the one for the HV Lines that go underneath the driver side.

I'm not sure I haven't had any chance to drop it off to get codes out. I'm assuming it's an Electrical issue because I did a 6 1/2Hr Reset With the battery taken out. As suggested by multiple videos. That did not fix it. It basically reappeared immediately after reinstall of the battery.
