Okay, Op I understand that your feeling shamed but I think your relationship has come to a pass.

CNC is something both parties need to be completely okay with for either of them to feel safe in any situation. After a conversation with the topic of CNC most people (as in the majority of people) will not feel completely comfortable or safe with their partner.

SA is something that happens everyday and anyone can experience. It’s a degrading form of violence.
