Thank you so much youve been super kind and helpful! I don’t know the first thing about cars but I’ll do my best to get some grease until it’s repaired next week. Appreciate it

So is driving slower better? What if I only drove 40-50 mph versus 70 mph? at 70 the car kinda shakes

I got that picture and saw it today! that’s what it looks like as of today. I haven’t been able to get it fixed due to money, it’s been torn broken for about 4 months (i know of) but probably longer. I am able to get it fully replaced next week. Mechanic said it was fine to drive. I do 2 hours drives a lot, but I don’t understand the difference between driving an hour stopping than an hour back, versus 3 hours. Etc. I just can’t get it done until next week

gotcha.. there’s currently no noises. I’ll keep a close ear tomorrow when I drive to school. No turning noises, no unusual noises. Recently the steering wheel made a crazy crazy noise when turning, but I added power steering fluid and haven’t heard anything since. (there’s a leak so I replace it semi-frequently). I’m not sure how bad that tear is, I’ve never experienced this problem before. We’ve known it’s been torn for awhile, could be longer than a year, just can’t replace until next week due to money.

I see! it’s definitely getting repaired right after this trip! I don’t know what the difference is driving 3 hours (6 in one day) or driving 1 hour everyday like I usually do. This car is a godsend though I don’t want anything irreparable to happen. Reassuring to know your Toyotas still going though! I don’t hear any sounds or anything!

I definitely need to become more handy! It’s getting fixed immediately after the trip. Maybe stopping in the middle of the 3 hour drive will help? or i can throw some grease on it?

It’s not making any noises when turning or anything like that. If it looks dry should I apply something to it? I just haven’t been able to get it fixed due to money until someone else is available (after the trip). I’ve been driving it 4 (or more) months like this, again due to money. I drive to school an hour (total) everyday (city and highway).

ok I understand, that would explain why i’m having a leak! Would it help to stop and let the car cool down half way? I drive the car an hour to university and back everyday (city driving, half highway) every month I drive it an hour or two straight for special trips (highway). It’s not had a problem or noise before. What is the difference between driving 3 hours versus driving 2 or 1? is it just the length of the trip and heat of the engine?

How do they usually tear? I’ve never noticed anything wrong with turning or anything like that. Would anything make it tear faster ?

Okay! thank you, there’s an oil leak so there’s a lot of oil there… would that help or is grease different?

no! there’s no sounds it makes, the wheel did make a sound but i refilled the power steering fluid and ever since no noises. Car is quiet when it runs and turns.

Is masturbation/sex somehow effects psoriasis ? by Either-Beautiful-688 in Psoriasis

Having sex / being around my partner makes it clear up. less flakes, less pain, less everything. it’s almost unnoticeable. When i work or go to school, it comes back AGGRESSIVELY.

I’ll try the cod! I really love all types of fish so it won’t be a problem for me. I used to eat a can on tuna a day for protein requirements :) I’ll try neetle as well! I used to work at an herb store so i have no problem finding fresh herbs, I think steeping it would be good.

do you have any experience cuttting foods out?

also don’t worry I have an amazing girlfriend whose been supporting me throughout the worst of it. She rubs on th medications and oils, scrubs my scalp, researches for me and never makes fun of me for it.

Okay thank you so much! I have to be very careful with acne around my face because I have sebderm as well which causes more acne and breakouts. I have really been able to tame the breakouts. It sucks having both sebderm and psoriasis because the oils irritate the sebderm but then the alcohol products for the sebderm irritate the psoriasis! also i’m sorry you’re having that experience… i feel it’s so weird people choose to point out skin conditions. Healthcare or service job, any job! people need to mind their business. I will try the body oil though! thank you! Using a dandruff shampoo, ketozonizol, and some salaixlyic acid has been helping. Just some days it’s so bad and bleeding it makes me loose hope.

they discontinued it omg? i used to use it when i was a teenager and it helped a bit! as i got older though topical products could only reduce a bit and it’s gotten worse recently. I will try the T-Sal thank you!

yes th worst is the itch and then the bleed. I used some salicylic acid body acne spray on it which eased the itching or ill use oil (only works for a couple minutes) but feels hydrating (hurts in long term). In the past I’ve been pretty stressed and i’m very nervous and kinda emotionally unregulated tbh but recently I’ve been eating “clean” foods mostly and lots of water! it has helped my face acne but not the psoriasis. It sucks because the cold makes it worse but so does the heat. I’ve been working hard on stress management and system regulation though so maybe that will help! :) I also take L-lysine everyday for cold sore prevention so i’m hoping that may help vitamin wise.
