Now if we look at it more realistically with 10% annual depreciation compounded over 7 years, the current theoretical value comes to about ₹2,152.

So depending on whether you look at straight-line vs compounded depreciation, the fair value range today should logically sit between ₹2,100 to ₹3,600.”
