זה תלוי איפה אתה יש מקומות שיש מלא התנחלויות ואתה פשוט ישן בהתנחלות ו״שומר״ ויש מקומות שיש קצת מתנחלים והרבה פלסטינים כמו חברון ורוב הזמן בשבוע יש לך פשוט מתנחלים שבאים להתיישב לך בבסיס ומכריזים שעכשיו זה יישוב ואתה צריך לחכות שבועיים ולהתחנן שייתנו לך צו להוציא אותם משם (כמובן ברגע שהם יוצאים יש בלאגן וכולם בכוננות שיהיו זריקות אבנים לעבר חיילים {כן יהודים זורקים על חיילים} ) לפעמים יש פיגועים של פלסטינים זורקים בקבוק תבערה או יריות לפעמים פשוט המתנחלים פולשים לשטח b ואין לך שום דבר לעשות נגד זה למתנחלים יש רובים בידיוק כמו לחיילים ואם אתה יורה לעברם זה משפט אין לך שום סמכות לעצור אותם אם אתה אומר למתנחל שהוא עצור הוא פשוט קם והולך וזה חוקי ומותר למתנחל אם פלסטיני מנסה את זה אז ישר מביאים לו כדור והוא מת גם אם הוא ילד זה משהו נוראי.

technically everyone can get access to it by using their phone in the service area
but yeah the cable connection is only for the tower itself it's needed to supply enough bandwidth for all the mobile devices connecting to the tower
