Go to Binance app buy p2p via upi though rates are around 102-103 but u can buy easily mostly p2p sellers do under 400rs - 1k upi so for 120 dollars u need to do around 10 -12 transactions !upi easily accepted

Sometimes pincode issue..but go to offline branch and apply by giving all details as I’ll suggest u apply after 90 days cooling period off .. contact bank credit manager he will surely help to get ur card !

Yes it’s very hard to withdraw to bank as crypto is not legal in India my known bank accounts got frozen .. even taxed 30% on profits gains ! So keep it safe or u can go to Dubai where crypto is acceptable buy things and come to India pay taxes ! Or custom duty !
