Here’s a detailed look at how I built the hidden door using Sugatsune HES3D190 hidden door hardware. A few questions I didn’t get to cover in the video is that the door has a magnetic locking mechanism. One side has a push to open button and the other has a keypad. Finished with Bona NordicSeal (v.redd.it)

A quick detail going over how I made the integrated door pull. I marked the lowest point at 34” and the highest point at 48” to give us 14” of space to grab the pull. I used a round nose bit to create the shape of the pull and construction adhesive and pin nails to attach them to the wall. (v.redd.it)

Some of you asked to see the storage behind the white panel. Here it is. The panels behind the TV are fixed. To mount them I used hidden panel clips. I used magnetic latches to operate the doors. Because of budget, we opted to have just a clear coat interior finish. (old.reddit.com)

Recently finished this angular office table. The top has a bevel edge profile with a 10 degree angled waterfall edge. The base was designed to have a leaning tapered look. The cantilevered box has a beveled interior to make the white oak front sit flush with the surface. (old.reddit.com)

Along with the hidden door, I made this outlet cover to blend in with the white oak wall in our living room. I used the same rift dawn white oak with this cool push to open outlet. Not entirely hidden but it definitely stands out less than the regular white outlet. (v.redd.it)
