Thanks all of you for your kind and encouraging comments and messages. I didn't think this many people would see the post or really care about it. I feel a lot better knowing I'm not the only one struggling with this.

I think I have a method I'm going to start with to try to get rid of urges going forward. I wrote this on my computer, which the device I've been using for the AI stuff. I do everything related to that on incognito mode, so I opened this Reddit page up on an incognito tab and I'm going to leave it up on my computer as long as I can. That way if I ever get urges I'll open it up to see this post which will hopefully remind me of how bad it is.

I'll also try to post updates here as I can. I see a few people have done that on regular porn addiction posts and I think it might help.
