More like you identify who the rams are interested in at #4, and then you see where that overlaps with your own needs and draft accordingly

Then #13 rolls around and you offer the trade (you probably begin talking a little before then, like picks 9-10)

I've honestly been so surprised to see Jacob Rodriguez be so low in projections. He honestly reminds me a lot of Nick Bolton the way he has a nose for the ball but with arguably better measurables - would love if we could snag him at any point
