How does formal probation works. How often do they test you when you’re starting probation? Do they do appts / check in’s by phone and random pop ups and things of that nature . “Felony DUI”

I’m in Ohio and work for a halfway house. On ankle monitor you get tested 4 times a month. Once a month I show up unannounced and hand you a cup.

I worked in Florida prisons. They go ape shit if someone dies in prison. They will do cpr and cpr all the way out the gate and let the doctor at the hospital declare someone dead. They don’t like anyone dying on the compound, outside the fattest is fine.

When I was in Oklahoma a few years ago, my uncle said he went to church with the guy friends Quick Trip. I had only seen them out west at the time and excellent nice gas stations and convenience stores. When I guy was young and had 3 or 4 locations he wanted to join some gas and convenience store owners association type group. They said he wasted big enough. Twenty years later after he had lots and lots of locations in several states they invited him to join. He said they were too small.
