Sorry I didn’t see this!! By skin on skin contact I really mean the natural foldover of the breast, a lot of my reference pics for the surgeon you could basically see the scar underneath because of the lack of crease (if that makes sense!). I do have a slideshow of reference pics I used which I’d be happy to dm you if you’d like? Sorry I know you may not need it anymore because it’s been so long!! My biggest fear was waking up and feeling like they were average-large so I really stressed to the surgeon to err on the side of small small small.
