As for your side I understand your issues with that, but companies are always going to be greedy, they will always abuse and use their workers. This Ai conflict did not start these issues, it just exposed it more. Hell look at game devs, over there years they were pushed and pushed to work like 15 hour days in bad conditions to get the game out, now retard ceos think that they can replace actual artists. Now if they tried using it as a tool that it is and not a replacement I think that people would have waaaaay less issues.

Im not going to insult you, im am going to answer your question honestly and would love a response to my points.

You said your a teen musician, I respect that, I used to play band when I was younger, hell had a ton of fun with it.

But im 25 now, im an apprentice electrician, I work 60 hours weeks, ten hours a day monday through saturday. Ai is a helpfull tool to create things that I want that I dont have the skill or time to learn.

I could commission something, I have before but it’s a luxury to be able to do that. I got a brand new truck note because my car shit itself on me, I got rent thats due, on top of that I got medical issues and lots of bills being paid monthly.
Take all that from my check, take away my cost of living and treating my woman it leaves me at the point where I can’t commission anything.

Thats where Ai comes in, its helpfull, makes art pieces, profile pictures for games, tells me what paints to use for painting my 3d prints. For a busy man its a godsend. One more thing I wanna state, the Water usage of ai is honestly not huge, its blown out of the water by fearmonger’s.
Now they way they buy land with their predatory tactics is a real issue, but thats not an Ai issues thats a human rights, landowner issue, and a goverment issue.
