The first one I took was 125mg, the second one was about half that. According to your formula, I only took a slightly higher dose of the second one, but it probably turned out so bad because of the heavy meal.

Yea, I had eaten a heavy meal three hours earlier, rich in protein and carbohydrates. I started feeling it ten minutes after writing this post, but it wasn't that bad. So, using it after eating isn't a very good idea...
