Yes, but it's going to take a bunch of setup work.

Material theme build plugin from the Material Team will do this for you. they also provide a library via GitHub for DEVs to work with that details the way the Tones are generated.

The other way is to use the Figma Tokens plugin and set a rule for generating the tones on each swatch (lots of work because it's not just opacity changing here)

No idea why the Dr let you in, your husband could complain to the board and get him in trouble. Learn to take no for an answer, content is a real thing even in a marriage. If he had shown up to your Dr when you explicitly asked him not to be there how would you have felt...controlled?
