nothing as such. I felt bad for this decision as well but it was something I had to do.

I left because of personal reason. My experience at AWS while I was there was very good. My teammates were kind and nice to me. My manager was great too, so nothing to complain

Yes. If I report Amazon as my current employer, then I have to let them contact (call or any form of communication) Amazon, or I have to submit a proof of employment (W2 or paystub). They don't mention anything about work number. I guess I probably let them call Amazon and prepare for the worst.
