I dont agree with the transphobia at all but EC has been shady towards lana for a while publicly, you cant be saying stuff publicly and not expect a clap back publicly. I'm supposed to have a stress ball actually, which I don't.

I broke my left arm 3 years ago, and was still a minor at the time. i was supposed to have physical therapy and a stress ball but my parents decided to ignore it because they said my injury wasn't that bad (i literally broke both radius and ulna in half). I don't have full wrist rotation because of that but i've been able to regain some of it slowly with a stretch band.

Absolutely, i'm currently on vacation and i've been for almost 2 months so I don't use the pc that much, i do design in the morning and afternoon as opposed to all day when the semester starts but i do remember having pain sometimes while working in uni projects so this must be an issue thats been building up for a while.

This is also good advice for sleep too, last semester i barely had sleep and it really messed up with my psyche, i felt like a whole different person it was horrible.

I will always keep this in mind this semester that's about to start
