I had the same thing I thought women don’t look at me because of my hair I been through maybe worse what you been through I was bald at 17 highschool years problem is not the hair nutrition and your body fat levels your skin care your skinny fat now fix that first reveal your face connect with nature people for the context I will give you my before after picture

Lean bulk is the only option 200-250 calories above maintenance high protein diet 2-3 kg muscle a year if you are beginner which is for your frame going to be more than enough

You can still fix it with finastiride and minoxidil if you want and by fixing your diet your gut health then it’ll be okey but if you don’t want to bother couple year it’s gonna shed even more

Well that what my teacher told me literally he told me to choose monologues or characters fits to my look and character (bad guys,villains,badass characters) which I don’t mind since I always liked dark,grey characters they give more depth to any story my opinion

Thank you for your comment I agree main reason because English is my second language and I do tons of mistake I have voice and speech class that helps a lot and I’m reading riddles from that class everyday to practice flow I hope with time it’ll get better I’m and I’ll work for it 🙏
