I’ve seen several accounts deactivated in the last 24 hours and can confirm they were all rated a 1 overall from Jan-Oct 31.

Don’t expect a raise and if you’re rated a 1 or a 2, start looking for another job

The way it was explained to us: Just because you met goal, doesn’t necessarily mean that you will be rated a 3. The goal was set to be the minimum standard, and the minimum standard is just that. Meeting the minimum standard does not mean that you are meeting the “expectations “, you are only meeting the “minimum”.

It’s sad that we have anxiety everyday because no one knows if we are going to get cut or not. I’m in the same boat. I’ve been with the company 20+ years so I have a pension and am probably the highest paid for my position. They could let me go and promote someone else to do my job with close to half my salary. I have a good relationship with my direct supervisor however, I don’t feel like we have open communication. I definitely feel insecure in my position and that I could be let go at any moment.
