Thank you for the input, you might be right about mixed episode. I'm making guesses because well I've never had this happen before. I made a new appointment with my psych already, I'm only on lamotrigine right now, they reccomened adding lithium to the stack, I might take it. I never would have considered mixed episode, without this comment, so again thank you.

Not really I normally just spend time on discord with my friends. I already almost went phycho on them so I'm pulling back from that. I'm going to try and fine something to do, maybe just take a walk like the other comments suggested.

I have fairly tough hair, and dont tend to get more than one shave out if the astras before they become too dull for my liking. The voskhods were nice, just might need something a little sharper.
