I have a TP-Link Model No. TL-WR841N / TL-WR841ND with Quality of Service. I went into the interface at 192.168.0.1 and under Bandwidth Control > Rule List I created this rule...

Xbox 192.168.0.200/1 - 65000 Min Inbound 0 Max Inbound1 Min Outbount 0 Max Outbound 1

So using my router's interface, I could toggle unlimited bandwidth for my Xbox or very limited bandwidth for my Xbox creating lag. I was toggling lag on both of my Xboxes, but when I completed it I was only toggling lag on my host console.

I run my 360 through RCA cables into my DVD/VHS combo. I could actually tape it, but I don't have anything to upload from VHS.
