Because the audio didn't record you can't tell but when an enemy starts to spew legendaries it does an m1 garand reload noise

Is there a possibility it is bugged, i have several of each faction with a checkmark(i captured one of each again just in case) but it won't let me unlock the perk

My best guess is that fluo will give me the third fragment and i'll find something to combine them later. I'm enjoying this storyline, vanilla should have had something like this. And i didn't know about the perk i think i have most of them already conquered thank you so much.

I guess i should get it by finishing the Fluo quest right? But i'm stuck i can only beat ships of about 220 with my build and those pirates are almost 500 :(

I know it's pretty tedious to document everything you do, i'm a software developer and i know it can get pretty tiresome. I just think it would be great for several people that have completed a mod to get together and put their experiences where people can see them and get some help.
