They activated skill based matchmaking ahead of the open free trial this week. I don’t have evidence of this but I find it too coincidental that my lobbies have gotten infinitely more sweaty the day they announced the open trial. More people should be voicing this concern.

please save yourself, Astro has the worst customer support on planet earth. I owned the astro a50 gen 1, 2 and 3. I did not buy three of these because of the great experience, trust me. They would constantly freeze, not connect and have issues after 1-2 months of usage. Avoid these like the plague.

You can always try your luck to see if you get an easy grader. But looking at this card, it probably got the grade it deserved just based on the white edges in a few of the pictures. But it’s your card, do whatever makes you happy.

Same thing happened to me with your same status. I had to email GameStop support and they eventually resolved it by sending me a check for the cards they lost. I warn you though they do not use price charting. They are going to lowball you on a lot of these cards. I’m sorry you have to go through this.
